Initial Clarity Call:

Before your VIP Day, we'll schedule a 15-minute clarity call to understand your specific goals and outline what you'll need to provide, such as financial statements, logins, and prior tax returns. You’ll also complete a pre-call questionnaire to help us tailor the day to your needs.

VIP Day Activities:

Kickoff Call (9am – 10am): We start by accessing your bookkeeping system, gathering necessary documents, and clarifying your financial objectives.

Focused Work Session (10 AM - 3 PM): This dedicated time is spent on:

Reconciling your balance sheet and fixing errors.
Auditing and optimizing your chart of accounts.
Setting up or refining invoicing systems.
Analyzing revenue and expense trends with a detailed profit and loss statement.
Creating a cash flow forecast and budget to meet your financial goals.

Wrap-Up Call (3pm – 4pm): We conclude with a discussion of the final results, offering a high-level explanation of how your financials can be used.

This level will be for you if you have a larger, established business with multiple streams of cashflow and more complex books that need the extra time and expertise to get you moving in the right direction.

This level is for the smaller startup or sole proprietor that needs to get things in order so you can trust your financials and get back to doing what you are good at, and develop a plan

Due to the fast nature of this service, payment is due in full prior to your VIP Day.

Yes! We have two offerings for the VIP Day so that no one has to miss out!
We get it! This is honestly very common for businesses that are starting to scale, and are ready for that next level of financial expertise.
If your books are more than a month or two out of date, we recommend going through a catch-up process first, so that your books are detailed, clean, and ready to be evaluated. Our End-of-Year Catch Up actually includes everything we offer in a VIP Day, so that service might be a better fit for you.
We'll connect first thing in the morning to make sure I have what I need from you before officially diving in. Then throughout the day as I review your accounts, transactions, profit and loss, expenses etc. you'll have a chance to go do what you need to do for the day.
We just ask that you're available via text or phone call in case we have any pressing, immediate questions.
Then at the end of our day together, I'll walk you through everything to make sure you understand what you're seeing and what to do moving forward. I'll also be available to answer your questions in case you think of things throughout the day.
You'll receive a followup email one month after our VIP Day just to check in!
Due to how quickly your VIP Day will happen, full payment is due AFTER our clarity call and BEFORE your VIP Day begins. If payment is not made 48 hours before your Day, we will contact you to reschedule.
